One day last Spring Dafydd felt that something

wasn’t quite right with his father.

Dad didn’t complain but was clearly in pain.

He loved to walk but now would rather

stay home all day trying not to betray

just how bad he was feeling.

Then dad took a fall, we gave doctor a call,

and now it’s a wheelchair for our dad.
